Management of all aspects, including the consultant team required for the entitlement, permitting, and construction of infrastructure for commercial and residential projects, as well as build to suit projects for retail, office, educational, and church facilities in excess of $70 M. Responsibilities include: pre-qualification, selection and negotiation of contracts with general contractors, engineers, architects, etc. Maintain cost detail reports, observing construction as the Owners representative, processing contractors payments, managing the change order process, managing turnover of the building to operations, and managing project closeout.

* Develop scope of work, timing and project budgets.
* Negotiate contracts with engineers, architects, etc. and oversee these consultants to ensure the construction plans are complete for submittal and approved by clients and various governing jurisdictions.
* Lead projects through the approval process required to develop properties that include major retail clients such as Wal-Mart, Publix, Walgreens, etc.
* Over 10 years of experience designing and planning conceptual site plans in AutoCAD for commercial, office, and residential properties up to 200 acres in size.
