PROGRAM MANAGER. Profit and loss responsibility for a program to modify a Gulfstream GV for a foreign end customer. Led a program of over 100 employees, 70 of which were engineers. Coordinated between multiple functional groups. Reviewed status of projects and budgets; managed schedules and prepared status reports. Assessed project issues and developed resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Developed mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project engineers, supervisors, and customers.
4/1991 - 9/2002 Boeing Company, Seattle, Washington PROJECT MANAGER ENGINEERING. Held various positions with increasing responsibility including Project Manager for a multi-million dollar program. Ensured all aspects of project were integrated including design engineering, certification organization, manufacturing engineering, planning, and parts fabrication and procurement.
