CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER Direct daily financial operations managing Controller and Vice President of Finance with 10 team members. Prepare annual budget, monitor weekly cash flow projections, present quarterly financial data and conduct senior project management meetings. Selected Achievements: Reduced expenses $250K by reorganizing Accounting department and expense base.
