to accommodate a delay in the closing of the 26 parcels. Despite closing issues the entire
project including site demolition, re-grading, site improvement work and building
construction was completed in 8 months maintaining the original schedule.

* Constructed several Aspen Dental freestanding buildings including all site improvement
work.

* Re designed domestic water and site lighting distribution system and purchased equipment direct
from the manufacturer for a large Commercial Development resulting in $300k savings.
