I was made supervisor of 60 agents in a 24 hour 7 day a week operation in only 1.5 years.From there I opened a cleaning company.I incorperated crime scene cleaning into it and had 18 employees.I started getting rather severe arthritis in both hands so I sold it.I am very hands on at all times.I am a working supervisor.I believe people learn faster and retain it longer when a supervisor works with them and not over them.I have been with Ridgeway for 11 years.They have several building comm. and Res. rentals, and 17 homes. I handle day to day operations.I collect the rents deal with all maintenance issues.We have 4 maint. crews. I hire and fire.If our people cant handle the problem I have subs lined up.I deal with screening tenants.timekeeping.evaluations.etc. I am a problem solverI am very much a people person.I have a knsck for being able to calm people in the worst of situations.I surround myself with a good team and then there is no stopping us.
