Ritz-Carlton Highlands Lake Tahoe
Value: $300 million
Position: Construction Manager, East West Partners

Managing the finish construction and punch process of this five-star LEED Certified project, which included 170 full-service hotel room units and 23 whole ownership units. Also managing the $2,400,000 restaurant in the hotel from design to through construction and four other tenant improvement spaces. The restaurant is extremely fast pace as the design started with less than one year left in the project. The project is currently on schedule and set to complete in November.

Trailside Townhome
Value: $26,000,000
Position: Construction Manager, East West Partners

Project consists of 16 high-end townhomes, 3500+ SF, at the Northstar Ski Resort. Took over as lead construction manager half way through phase 1 (six townhomes) of highly strained project that was out of budget and two months out of schedule. Worked on repairing relationship with the general contractor and subcontractors to get the project back on track and in budget. Completed phase 1 and phase 2 on time and in budget.

Highlands Fire Station
Value: $6 million
Position: Construction Manager, East West Partners

Managed project from the design phase to the completion of the project. Set up and coordinated the public bid process and contracts. Project finished early and under budget with less than 2.5% total in change order cost.

Village At Northstar
Value: $300 million
Position: Assistant Construction Manager, East West Partners

Managed construction of this LEED Certified, six building project which included 212 high-end condos, 150,000 SF of retail space and an ice rink at the base of the Northstar Ski Resort.
