RHODES HOMES, NEVADA & ARIZONA Feb. 2008 Aug. 2008 Director of Land Planning & Development (Clark County, NV and Mojave County, AZ) Secondary accountability for directing all operations of a five-member Land Planning & Development Department including, but not limited to; Engineering Oversight, Budget and Cash Flow Management, Contract Negotiation, Value Engineering, Construction Management, Bond Exoneration, and the overhaul of the majority of all departmental policies and procedures.
