I have worked for the last 15 years as a project manager / owners rep in a contract environment. I have over 30 years of progressively responsible experience in the facilities, construction and property management industry with over 25 years specializing in the hospitality field. I have expertise in all areas of commercial construction and property management including MEP design review, MEP value engineering, MEP construction management, business development, planning, design, budgeting, permitting, contracting and management.
I am a true team player and believe that my greatest strength is the ability to motivate people to work cooperatively. This has given me a reputation as a leader who can complete a project on time and on budget. My employment at several complex facilities over the years in various levels of responsibility is good preparation for this position.
I have worked for several national hotel companies including Starwood Hotels. I have multi-site experience with projects in excess of $100ML. I have many contacts in the hospitality and QSR industries.

On site supervision of projects from small restaurant fit-outs to complete guestroom renovations. Control of renovation budgets including change orders and design / build projects. Oversee purchasing of FF&E, warehouse and install, liquidation, general contractor and consultants hired to work on the project. Project Manager for $ 16,000,000.00 renovation of all guestrooms and public space including design of the guest bathrooms and re-design of the guestroom FF&E layout. Liaison between General Contractor, external Project Management Company and Owner. Worked directly with purchasing company for $ 3,600,000.00 in FF&E. Responsible for final sign-off for Owner. Designed new employee bathrooms. Developed a standardized energy report that was utilized company wide. Trained all new incoming Chief Engineers for all properties. Decreased energy costs by 30%.
