Work with New Business Development Manager to schedule delivery of bids. Review current job costs to determine accurate job cost for stimating future work. Manage Estimating Bid Files for projects after bid day through possible award of contract. Secure Hot material supplier / subcontractor pricing bid specific. Secure multiple subcontractor / supplier quotes prior to bid day. Pursue, determine and secure an Edge on all projects bidding. Review bid package when complete with Estimator assigned to the project. Review final pricing with President prior to bid submission. Meet with President regularly to review project bid schedule and negotiation process. Hold In-House project turnover meetings with project team for projects contracted. Work with project team on buy out of subcontractors and suppliers for the project. Assist project team with Sure-Track Project Schedules. Review owners/General Contractors/Construction Managers contracts including terms and conditions prior to execution of contract. Execute contracts and subcontract agreements.
