collaboration on value engineering and design
alternatives with engineers and architects.

structure and ease of field implementation were

budget completion and delivery of a wide range of
structure types while integrating multiple owner
change orders and plan revisions.


** Successfully negotiated with local
municipalities for use of public land for staging
and stockpiling of materials used in construction
activities generating significant savings to that
project.


** Administered the organization and execution of
an extensive corporate office demolition / tenant
finish build out of 60,000 square feet.The project
was completed in 59 days utilizing minimal
overtime.The critical completion and move in date
for the tenant was accomplished.


** Coordinated and managed operations for 3 months
of interior demolition and remodeling of a 20,000
square foot fully occupied and operating corporated
office. There were no interruptions of business for
the owner and no delays in the construction schedule.


** Executed projects include, construction
administration in position of owner representative,
construction management of retail shopping centers
/ mixed use properties through tenant finish, low
rise office / office showroom through tenant finish,
corporate office remodels, community recreation
facilities, special use projects, high end
condominiums, semi-custom homes and apartment
units.
