Successfully managed several components of the $1.2 Billion Newark Airport Redevelopment 2000 project, a joint venture for a major upgrade with Ebasco, serving as Construction Manager for Port Authority of NY & NJ
Entailed erection of a monorail transportation system serving terminals and parking lots
Managed 3 contracts, 3 terminal stations, a maintenance and control facility and a new federal immigration terminal
Accepted full responsibility to complete work as general contractor when stations and MCF contracts were breached by the state of Pennsylvania
Project managed the $85.5 Million Veterans Administration Medical Center general contract in New York for a new outpatient/ clinical addition to the existing facility, one of only a few VA projects completed on time with no claims
Included a new 7-story + basement, 350,000 square foot building for outpatient services, ER and 8 operating room suites, radiology suit and administrative offices
Prepared and managed 18,000 activity cost loaded CPM
Negotiated and performed $4 million in change orders
Led the unexpected ahead-of-schedule completion and on-time opening of the $115 million expansion of the Connecticut Post Mall Expansion in Milford, despite hazardous rock and asbestos found in buildings and pressured by an accelerated 18-month schedule caused by design modifications, as budget grew by 50% to $120 million, without a single legal claim incurred
Entailed demolition of existing 2-story retail units and construction of 450,000 square feet of new enclosed mall space, two precast parking garages, a 16,000 square foot out-parcel building, with fit-out of tenant spaces for a 2-story Dicks Sporting Goods store, a premier 14-screen movie theatre, and a Borders Books
Upgraded offsite improvements to US Route 1, a major transportation artery
Assumed leadership and surmounted severe financial trouble and scheduling delays to successfully complete the $52 Million Philadelphia Geriatric Center project in North Wales, PA, bringing it back on budget and on schedule, completing all work with no operational disruptions
Overcame numerous logistic issues in managing to timely completion of the $27.8 Million design-build of a 1,300-space parking garage and train station project for major NJ Transit Route 17 Regional Park & Ride facility, Ramsey, NJ, including tight site conditions and working during active rail service
Entailed upgrades to three NJDOT intersections giving vital travel access off Route 17
Successfully completed the dual sited $39 Million and $12 Million Springford Intermediate & Elementary Schools project in Royersford, PA, two 2-story brick, steel and metal roof buildings, overcoming major structural design issues and completing ahead of schedule
Entailed extensive site work including U/G Detention Basins, Geo-thermal wells, and relocation of the adjacent high volume state road
Built state-of-the-art interiors including computer and science rooms, multimedia facilities, cafeterias, classrooms, music rooms and gyms
Managed timely, cost-effective completion of a $17 million open plaza mall expansion in Skokie, Illinois, requiring demolition of a 3-story department store and building two 66,000 square foot one-story buildings housing 15 tenant spaces and three restaurants
Developed the relocation plan of existing utilities, ring road and surrounding parking facilities, completing with no disruption to ongoing mall operations
Realized over $2 million net budget savings used to finance building modifications
Executed the $4.9 Million general trades contract portion of the $15 Million multiple prime Oley Valley New Middle School project in Oley, PA , entailing concrete slab foundations and complex architectural work

Included a 4-story cone structure and expansive skylight to highlight design shapes, and exterior glass, metal panels and brick to create open sunlit work areas
Completed the timely, cost-effective $2.2 Million, 60,000 square foot Petersons office project with high-tech fit-out for a publishing/Internet tenant in Lawrenceville, NJ, including extensive workstation electrical and data outlets and sophisticated Audio/Visual capabilities in lobby and conference room
Completed the $9 Million, 120,000 square feet Princeton Pike Corporate Center No. 5 in Lawrenceville, NJ, meeting scheduling and budgeting constrains despite last-minute additions to project scope
Included a 3-story spec office building with extensive site work, a cafeteria, fitness center, and 2-story wood-appointed lobby
Successfully managed the $9 Million site development for the Nassau Park Pavilion, retail center in West Windsor, NJ, successfully overcoming owner conflicts with local building and zoning departments which allowed the complex project to proceed unimpeded
Completed the new $38.8 Million Hamilton Transit Complex bus maintenance facility and rail station for NJ Transit, successfully coordinating peripheral building requirements with Amtrak and NJT rail operations, on time and meeting budget
Worked through special requirements with Amtrak and NJT to construct a pedestrian footbridge over four operational tracks on the northeast corridor
Key role on estimating team for a $2 Billion bid on a new Federal Court House in Central Islip, NY, working with estimators and reviewing bid scopes with major subcontractors, and prepared site logistics and general conditions to satisfy proposal
