Starbucks MIS Computer ExpansionSeattle, WA (6,000sq. ft.) Managed long-range planning and design for a new computer center.
Nordstrom Credit Computer CenterDenver, CO (117,000 sq. ft.) Established a centralized credit processing facility. Collaborated on site selection, design and project programming and managed construction.
Nordstrom Data Processing CenterSeattle, WA (41,000 sq. ft.) Managed facility development for corporate computer processing.

Managed projects from conception, site selection, through design, construction and installation of furniture for regional offices in the following major cities: Washington DC, Portland OR, Chicago, IL, Minneapolis, MN, Paramus, NJ, New York, NY, and in California: San Francisco, Palo Alto, Walnut Creek, Santa Ana, San Diego and Costa Mesa.
Nordstrom Remodels
Revitalized existing retail stores into new merchandising concepts, spearheaded approval of remodels through governmental agencies and updated stores to meet current building codes.

Fish & Webster Project & Design Consultant
Provides construction project, design, product development and marketing guidance and expertise with both local and regional clients ranging from medical clinics to nonprofits and from small consumer products businesses to residential design. Oversees every aspect of the business from the creative and marketing aspects to operations and financials. Develops needs assessments and designs for products, interiors and commercial spaces. Completed a remodel of a medical clinic in 2008.
Starbucks Construction Manager for Starbucks Corporate Campus
Managed the design and execution of construction projects resulting in finished office, laboratory and computing facilities in response to Starbucks rapid growth. Major projects included research and development laboratories, corporate office space and a new computer facility. Responsible for project schedules, budgets, and managing the design process. Annual budget: $10M.
The Retail Group Project Manager
Managed the design process for prototype stores for such clients as Blockbuster Video for this architectural design firm specializing in retail concepts.
Nordstrom Senior Project Manager
Responsible for 19 store locations totaling for over 1 million-sq. ft. for this major national clothing retailer as it grew from a $300M to $3 billion corporation.
Managed projects from conception through completion and responsible for total cost estimating and budget control with annual budgets exceeding $8M. Performed effective long-range planning and contract coordination to leverage resources to the maximum.
Nordstrom Facilities Manager Store Planning
Managed corporate and regional facilities and offices totaling over 800,000-sq. ft.
Established personnel and space requirements for offices and distribution centers and directed planning, design and construction for the central computer center. Negotiated national accounts with major suppliers resulting in $300K+ in annual savings. Administered two long-range (5-year) planning studies for Nordstrom corporate offices still utilized as part of corporate strategic planning. Initiated national purchasing contracts, resulting in savings of over $300,000 in annual capital expenditures. Managed independent consultants who supported construction projects.
