The DJamoos Group/ J.E.D. of Southwest Florida, Naples Development Manager, 2004 to present The DJamoos Group is family-owned real estate Development Company with commercial, mixed-use and residential projects of exceptional quality and creativity throughout Southwest Florida. Under my leadership, the design and development team has established a proven record of accomplishment in conceiving and planning projects characterized by enduring urban design and exemplary architecture. The DJamoos Groups real estate portfolio is valued at over $900 million.
Manages and directs the overall development processes for the company on land acquisitions, planning, design, governmental entitlements and permitting, maintaining involvement in twenty- plus development projects over the past four and a half years.
Key member of the Development team, responsible for coordination and input to Sales and Marketing, providing project analysis, research, documentation for sales and lease negotiations, interfacing with Legal teams, reviewing sale and lease documents and coordinating efforts with the Sales team and Real Estate Brokers.

The McCourt Company, Boston Project Design Manager, 1999 to 2004
One of Boston's most influential private landowners then holding 24-acres valued at over $250 million, in the emerging Seaport District adjacent to the downtown financial district. The development plans focused on residential, mixed-use, retail and civic/ cultural developments, entailing 15 separate projects with 9.5 millions square feet of development potential valued at over $2.5 billion.
* Managed the planning, design, and entitlements processes for McCourt's development projects. Responsibilities included financial feasibility studies, due diligence, programming, proposals, marketing, permitting, construction coordination and operations.
* Initiated and managed consultant teams during the design process for all development projects, including residential, hotel, office, retail, mixed-use and transportation uses that ranged from 80,000 to 1,500,000 sf with budgets over $200 million.
* Served as key contact for consultants in; Design/ Architecture, Visualization, Engineering, Traffic, Civil, Survey Engineering, Graphic Design and Marketing.
* Represented the company in various roles at over 200 community meetings, public forums, political leadership briefings, design charettes, workshops, project updates and presentations while contributing to comments and feedback on projects going through the public review process. * Created and coordinated the design of a future 1 million sf, $180 million Convention Hotel project across the street from Boston's new $700 million Convention Center, with air rights over the Central Artery/ Tunnel project that included locating and constructing twenty foundation supports over the tunnel.
* Served as lead designer of the $90 million Silver Line Courthouse Station for McCourt and administrator for the construction process. Through design innovations, I was responsible for reducing costs on the project by $3 million dollars. * Designed and programmed a proposed Boston Red Sox, waterfront ballpark, projected to cost over $350 million on a 12-acre site.
* Established for the firm its Design Management/ Graphic Information System technology office and network.
* Analyzed and maintained in electronic form all, property, legal, infrastructural information and documentation, utility maps, roadway, photographic records, project history and archival resources. * Authored and created over 30 unique PowerPoint presentations of various projects and purposes for both public/community forums and for business development. Assisted in the production, provided information and reviewed the Request for Proposals and marketing brochures for the company for all of the Seaport Development parcels.
