With over 30 years of construction, development and engineering experience I have acquired the ability to foresee problem areas and provide corrective solutions prior to affecting the schedule, and recommended changes to conserve project resources. Performed value engineering of design prior to construction to examine design and jspecifications to determine if more economical changes could be implemented without sacrificing the design intent. Conducted MEP coordination prior to and during construction to identify and eliminate conflicts with architectural, structural, HVAC, electrical and plumbing to minimize potential future change orders.

Managed and supervised the new construction and renovation of site civil infrastructure, high-rise, mid-rise buildings commercial office buildings, and hotels. Work includes Capital Improvement programs and modifications.
Experience with several construction systems including cast-in-place concrete, structural steel, pre-engineered steel, wood frame and concrete masonry unit types of construction.
