Interior Design/ Project Manager
Create standards and strategies in design, procedure, and construction for the Reunion Rental Program. Evaluate and Project Manage all condo/vacation ownership units for aesthetic quality, ADA, hospitality maintenance, durability, and safety. Oversee vendor resources including designers, products selections and optimal pricing. Plan and execute design and budget for capital renovations. Liaisons with Department stakeholders to obtain lessons learned and improve product excellence and efficiency.

Supervise 14 direct reports for Maintenance Department. Reorganize department to employees strengths. Results include zero turnover, highest employee satisfaction score in company, and reduction of department labor and material costs. Responsible for operational budgets and forecasts.

Designer
Specifically located in Reunion Resort, design custom high end vacation homes for worldwide clients. Manage contract budgets, evaluate site conditions, and develop plans and specifications unique to each client. Responsible to adhere to all Reunion Guidelines, ADA and hospitality building codes for rental program.

Walt Disney Imagineering May 1996 June 2005
Art Director, Disney Cruise Line
Formulate program and operational requirements for yearly renovations (two week dry-dock). Responsible for scope, schedule, and estimates for all dry-dock interiors. Participate in standards committee for ADA compliance and pool renovations. Leads design vision and venue team including managers, designers, and coordinators. Initiate show quality program to improve guest area presentation while reducing maintenance costs.
Senior Design Manager, Disney Vacation Club, Hotels, Downtown Disney, Animal Kingdom
Manage scope, schedule and budget for design efforts. Determine project teams through direct reporting including Interiors, Graphics, Show Illustration, and Architecture. Advisor to Senior Management for design feasibility, timelines and long term goals. Mentor new managers and establish procedures for design program.
International Project Coordinator, Disney Cruise Line
Implemented mock up rooms for Guest Rooms and Suites including design reviews and presentations to upper management, bidding, negotiating and hiring international contractors and vendors. Established replacement specifications and documentation for all interior products, domestically and internationally, including development of products for International Maritime Standards (Fire) code. Set up new warehouse with inventory plan for future procurement and maintenance of attic stock. Managed design enhancements and warranty and ADA work including identifying problems and recommended solutions, Supervise installation while maintaining guest satisfaction and minimal disruptions. Position required extensive travel to Europe and the Bahamas.
