Responsibilities included planning and direction of new construction of 185 new, 47 renovated and 6 historic Military multi-family housing units, including infrastructure ($57,000,000 GMP project), to include: Conceptual Development, Design Review with Architect, Construction Oversight of General Contractor and Sub-contractors, and Project Close-Out Completed on time and on budget ($1.5 Million in approved change orders due to unforeseen conditions) Rejected $9 million in change order requests as contractor caused No Lost Time or OSHA Reportable incidents over 36 months due to frequent inspection, compliance, and application of process improvement/changes to reduce risk.
