Managed North Carolina office which had two projects which totaled $110,000,000.00 in Raleigh North Carolina. Both projects were new construction of which had over eight million yards of excavation with twelve bridges, water, sewer, fiber optics, natural gas, and storm sewer. I am responsible for all aspects of P & L with both projects. I oversee the engineering, maintenance, accounting, and project management staff and assist with all schedules and subcontractor relations. I am involved with the business development of new business and marketing activities including planning and strategy. I worked closely with the value engineering methods which would save our company and the NCDOT money as well. I am involved with the day to day operations of both projects which are heavily governed by the department of transportation. Projects were twelve percent behind schedule and hindered by supervision deficiencies. As of the present time projects are on schedule and changes in personnel have been made.
