CAREER HISTORY
Senior Construction Manager, Actus Lend Lease, 2006 to 2010. A $1.4B design-build company. Initiated and oversaw all operations for new construction/renovation of 3500+ military base housing units. Managed design, procurement, safety and quality control. Led 450+ staff/subcontractors, $246M budget with full P&L responsibility.
VP Operations, Tousa / Technical Olympic, 2000 to 2006. A $9.5B global construction/holding company. Recruited to supervise all operations, including land acquisition and development of mixed-use housing communities. Built teams to construct/market/sell properties, achieving $68M annual revenue. Oversaw 18 staff, $25M budget, P&L.
Division Operations Manager, Washington Homes, 1997 to 2000. An $800M construction firm. Orchestrated all multi-site operations including land acquisition, development, construction, purchasing and sales. Brought in division revenues of $23M annually. Held full P&L. Managed team of 29 and $10M budget.
Earlier roles include Project Manager for Kimball Hill Homes and General Homes Corporation, both multi-million dollar residential construction companies.
