I am also experienced in interpreting laws and regulations, and advising executive staff regarding compliance with these laws and regulations and applicable policies and procedures.
In a Senior Environmental, Health and Safety Management role I have provided counseling to the Executive staff and Senior Management that resulted in significant cost avoidance in the areas of workers compensation rates, litigation mitigation, and disaster preparedness and recovery. Ive managed employees at single and multiple sites, to ensure environmental, health and safety requirements are met, including coordinating internal audits, interfacing with regulatory agencies, assessing risks and conducting relevant training. I've been responsible for air, water, and waste permitting and regulatory reporting associated with these permits and activities. I've Also developed and implemented effective Environmental and Safety management systems and acquired resources for projects and processes.
