Regional Sales Manager, Hilti, Inc., 2006 to 2010. European-based consumer tools firm. Managed 12 Pro Tool Shops. Defined sales targets, business development and individual development for each shop and each account manager. Hired and trained all consultants. Spear-headed all promotions. Led team of 14 and budget of $2.4M.
Principal / Managing Member, Ruff Renovations, LLC, 2003 to 2006. Home repair and renovations company. Created base of 100+ customers. Built network of entrepreneurs to facilitate timeliness of services. Became preferred designer / installer for national lighting manufacturer. Managed two employees with budget of $220K.
Area Director of Sales, Attachmate Corporation, 1998 to 2003. Privately held $400M computer software firm. Repeatedly promoted to positions of increasing responsibility. Managed sales and marketing for multi-Host Access Solutions, enterprise application integration, CRM real-time access solutions and smart connector technology to a broad industry base. Recruited and managed 12 Account Executives and eight system engineers. Initiated new business in telecommunications, banking, medical and insurance industries. Managed $26M budget.
