Managed Hamlin Plantation development, a multi-neighborhood master planned community, including supervising a team of builders, finish managers and quality managers. Oversaw the development of each new section of Hamlin Plantation including, construction of all new entrances and a five thousand square foot Amenity Center with pool and two story, one hundred and twenty five foot slide. Served on the Architectural Review Board of the Hamlin Plantation Property Owners Association. Oversight of approximately 40-50 homes annually in the $400-500k price range. The Hamlin Plantation Amenity Center won the Charleston Trident Home Builder Associations Amenity Center of the year. The Hamlin Plantation entrance won the Charleston trident Home Builder Associations Entrance of the year.
On-site manager for construction all commercial construction in Dunes West, including entrances, the new guard house, a five thousand square foot Amenity Center with pool and two story, one hundred and twenty five foot slide, as well as renovations and an addition to Thomas Lynch Hall, John Wieland Homes Sales Center and Design Center for Dunes West. Built several custom homes valued in excess of $1.2 million each. The Dunes West Amenity Center won the Charleston Trident Home Builder Associations Amenity Center of the year.
EPA Compliance Officer for Charleston. Duties include making sure each neighborhood keeps their SWWP logbooks current and up to date. Followed up with each neighborhood and corporate office to make sure all monthly reports are submitted.
Worked the surveyor on-site, the RMC/Charleston County and the Town of Mt. Pleasant to record all new development phases.
