My area of expertise is land planning and civil design of residential, commercial and infrastructure projects. While at Pulte Homes I did the site plan and engineering design layouts for a 2,000 acre property in Mesquite Nevada which included: a golf course, two recreation faculties, the City of Mesquite Soccer Park and Long Drivers tournament facility, 35 individual residential subdivisons incorporating 15 different house types, infrastructure layout/design, a school site and commercial sites. All civil engineering consultants, landscape architects and utility engineers design was predicated on my site layouts and designs along with the coordination and integration of their efforts. Also under my purview was the creation of the Design Standards for Sun City Mesquite, which was used by local consulting firms to do the final plan preparation. I have extensive civil design plan preparation experience in residential subdivisions, commercial projects, roadways/highways, hillside & corrective grading along with recent project management, client, consultant and government agency coordination skills.
