Branch Manager, Highway Technologies, 2006 to 2009. Turned company's worst division around. Increased margins 30%, improved receivables 50% and boosted revenue. Managed $12M budget and three reports.
For Roadway Express, $75M regional division of $12B global trucking firm... Director of Regional Operations, 2004 to 2006. Rebuilt management and sales teams, led expansion and introduced new technologies, improving YOY results in P&D, claims, workers comp and safety. Generated $47M. Director of Human Resources, 2001 to 2004. Directed labor relations, risk management, legal, safety, payroll, recruitment, facilities, performance, security and compliance.
