I am an experienced construction manager with 25 years of experience. My skills include but are not limited to project superintending, project management, and director or corporate level positions. Historically, my direct reports have been the Project Manager, Director of Construction, Vice President of Operations, and the President/CEO.

My experiences are vast and wide-ranging and include hotels, large multi-family, estate homes, condominiums, commercial, restaurant, large box retail, bio tech and research.

My previous project was a LEEDs Silver which has energized me to actively pursue acquiring my LEEDs AP Certification.

I am comfortable operating in the capacity of owners representative or the general contractors office/field manager.

I am proficient in project planning, estimating, budgets, site logistics, running work, creating and maintaining aggressive construction schedules, directing field and office staff, directing labor crews, working with the local government officials on the day to day on site issues, SWPPP, OSHA, IIPP, SCAQMD, Site Safety Programs,

I am also proficient in the latest project management procedures and technologies i.e.; software management tools; production strategies; products and materials approval process; change in the work management and tracking; and old fashioned hard work.
