SOUND STAGE 6 & 7: 60,000 sf of Class A sound stage space and 65,000 sf of preproduction and postproduction space. These were the first sound stages built on the Disney Studio in 45 yrs. Value $42mm.

EDISON FIELD: The complete renovation and reconfiguration of Anaheim Stadium from a multi sport facility for professional sports to a sport specific stadium for baseball only. The renovation encompassed full structural modifications and reinforcement, sports lighting, guest lighting, media areas, restaurants, concession stands, retail areas, exterior medications and architectural enhancements, guest sitting areas and player venues and facilities. HOLIDAY INN MISSION VALLEY: A 9-story 150 room addition to the existing facility. The new structure and existing were both of structural concrete. The addition included the creation of 3500 sf of meeting space. Value $12.5mm

OMNI INTERNATIONAL HOTEL HORTON PLAZA: A 380 room 4 star hotel adjoining the newly opened Horton Plaza. Amenities included 10 VIP guest suites on the 12th floor, a 4,000 sf gym, a 20,000 sf ballroom, 30,000 sf of meeting space, an elevated pool on the 4th deck, four tennis courts atop the ballroom, and 3 restaurants. Value $39mm.

DISNEYLAND HOTEL EXPANSION: The complete renovation of 1100 rooms, 100,000 sf of meeting and ballroom space, public areas in all three guest towers and exhibit hall, back of house areas including reservations and operations, and 4 themed restaurants. The renovation was inclusive of remediation and removal of all asbestos and hazardous materials. The project was sequenced to rehab one tower at a time inclusive of public meeting and lobby spaces. Value $109mm.

OCEAN TERRACE PHASE 1 LONG BEACH: The construction of a 29 story 276 unit Class A condominium project. Each unit included full kitchen build-outs. Public amenities included an elevated pool, laundry facilities on each floor, 3500 sf gym, residential retail tenants on the ground floor, electric fireplaces in the 36 premium units, and 8 gen-star elevators. Value $64mm

UNIVERSITY TOWN CENTRE: A 525 bed 8-story type 1 construction student apartment building for University of Riverside. Amenities include laundry facilities on each floor, study rooms on each floor, wireless capacity throughout, cable TV and phone to each bed room, kitchens in each unit, pool and club house area, 2500 sf gym, and 25 seat video/audio game room with full electric screen. Value $44mm.

MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN BURBANK: A 4-story type 5 construction 310 room hotel. Amenities include operable windows, kitchenettes, and laundry facilities, electric elevators, with parking underneath. Project also included a mandatory art in public element which was achieved via lighting of the exterior faade at night. Value $29mm

MARRIOTT RESIDENCE INN OCEANSIDE: A 4 story type 5, 305 room hotel. Amenities include operable windows, fireplaces, kitchenettes, and laundry facilities. Value $21mm

MARRIOTT RENASSANCE INN ALISO VIEJO: An 8-story type 1, 175 room hotel with a 70,000sf high end sports workout facility. This includes an Olympic sized pool, an exercise pool and children play pool. Amenities include an upscale day spa, 3 different restaurants, and 5000 sf of meeting space. Value $42mm.

DISNEYLAND HOTEL EXPANSION: An 11-story type 1 structure with 200 conventional guest rooms and 120 time share units. The architecture is intended to coincide with the architecture of the existing Hotel in a more modern effect. Time share units include kitchenettes and laundry facilities. Value $56mm.

CASA DE SUENO: A remodel of a 6500 sf private residence in Orange Park Acres. All areas of the home were architecturally redone including the 2 acre yard. Value $1.1mm.
