Executive Consultant, InServ, 2010 to Present. Recruited by specialty engineering/construction firm to establish presence in Middle East. In process of creating business plans/relationships and locating business agent in region.
COO/President, OnQuest Inc., 2008 to 2010. Selected by $50M specialty engineering firm to oversee day-to-day operations while expanding global revenues. Managing $15M budget, solidified key account relationship and secured $30M contract, positioning company for future growth. (Downsized due to global economic crisis.)
Manager of Projects, WorleyParsons, 2007 to 2008. Tapped by $7B global oil/gas engineering services company to manage the team of capital project delivery professionals in western US. Led this 65-person management team to profitably complete projects during rapid growth cycle. Enhanced team size/quality while continuously improving performance.
Director, Owners Management Team, Linde AG/BOC Group, 2005 to 2007. Recruited by Syngas/Air Plant Construction division of $8B BOC. Initiated global Engineering/Construction Management Services Alliance. Managed $1B budget, completing high-profile hydrogen supply projects. (Downsized when Linde bought BOC.)
VP/GM, Operations, Technip USA (formerly Technology Kinetics KTI), 1994 to 2004. Initially recruited by KTI and retained in subsequent merger with Technip, a $7B engineering procurement and construction company. Restored companys market viability and rescued major alliance to ensure robust revenue stream. Managed $30M budget.
Outside interests include roller hockey and power boating. I also volunteer at Harvey Mudd College, assisting the Clinic Director in coaching Senior Design Teams in Project Management fundamentals.
