Major accomplishment was the upgrading of the company to better compete in the New York Marketplace. I used recruiting of personnel from across the USA to meet the new NYCDOB certification requirements. I recruited locally from NYC Universities to keep cost down and increase manpower. Company grew from 18 to a high of 45 employees. Implemented strategic and tactical planning and led to actionable solutions that were customer-centric, relevant, and meaningful and had extremely profitable business impact. QA/QC manger responsible for writing ISO 9001 QA/QC formatted manual. ASTC was a 5 Million Dollar company, providing QA/QC Inspection, Engineering, Material Testing Laboratory services. ASTCL also provides Geotechnical soil boring services to the construction industry. ASTC provides both material and environmental testing services. I was responsible for pre-bid meetings and bids for soil borings in PA., the first years dollar amount surpassed 1 million dollars. Design & created new web site www.americanstandardtesting.com., ASTCS customer base consist of Owner/Builder/ Developers, C.M., G.C., Architects, Engineers, Government Agencies and Homeowners.
