Analyzed architectural drawings to prepare quantity estimates for residential and commercial flooring products, and mud for countertops, showers, tubs, Granite/Corian/Himac slab, windows with using specialized methodologies, techniques and processes that are company procedures and use of proper waste factors. Prepared custom quotations that were outside core base and upgrade programs. Worked on BID estimates and project managed BID and prepped internal documents to have ready for the Sales Team at time of BID. Also, reconcile and troubleshoot material shortages issues.
