Pilot Technology Transfer Facility - Lead Mechanical/HVAC conceptual, BOD and preliminary engineering services for 25,000 SF cGMP Pilot Lab TT Facility.
Sterile Fill Finish Facility - Provided Mechanical/HVAC conceptual, BOD, pre-liminary, and detailed engineering services for 400,000 SF cGMP FF production.
3. Glaxo SmithKline - Singapore; Provided conceptual, BOD and preliminary engineering design services for state-of-the-art 150,000 SF cGMP Vaccine manufacturing facility - Incorporating Biosafety Level 3 (BL-3) Bio-containment and Class 100/10K Cleanrooms.

Raytheon Engineering & Construction (E & C) - Philadelphia, PA (1995 -2000)

Five (5) years served as Project Manager and Departmental Head for Facilities Mechanical Services Group to manage super project executions, group manpower assignments, standards development, and employee development and training.

Novartis (Sandoz) - Cork, Ireland; Performed programming, BOD, and detailed design/ construction bid packages for various building expansion projects for approx. 475,000 SF GMP pharmaceutical multi intermediate active ingredients Bulk Product Chemical (BPC) plant campus facility of the estimated Total Installed Cost (TIC) of $550 Millions.

Abbott Laboratories Bio-Pharmaceutical Co. - Chicago, IL (1989 -1994)

Five (5) years services for Corporate Engineering and Capital Project (CECP) Division, Project Management, Project Engineering, Facilities Technical Support Management, Staff Mechanical, HVAC & R, BAS/I&C, and Utilities engineer responsible for providing project management, design engineering, construction supports, start-up and validation services on various corporate major capital spending and O&M projects for process, mechanical, HVAC&R, I&C, central process clean and gray utility systems and its related process/mechanical automation and instrumentation & controls for major capital expenditure projects and in-house retro-fit projects.
