Estimating and Preconstruction management for a commercial construction General Contractor with annual total projects value of $40-55 million in Colorado and Wyoming. These projects ranged from Hard Bid, Design-build, CMAR and Cost-Plus types of projects.

Estimating, Procurement and Commissioning support for the construction of the Intel Data Center located in Fort Collins, CO with a $65 million budget.
Estimating - Developed a complete estimating system, designed the estimating software, assembled supporting logs and graphics, prepared cost estimates at the 60%, 90% and CD levels of design and executed should-cost estimates for all change orders.
Procurement - Developed the onsite procurement program, reviewed vendor pre-qualifications, assembled bid packages, conducted pre and post bid interviews, analyzed contractors proposals, performed vendor quality audits and negotiated purchase contract. Administered purchase contracts for completeness, change orders, conflict resolution, technical support and warranty issues.
