Researched cash shortages and inventory discrepancies, interviewed responsible parties, then created procedures designed to eliminate future occurrences. Responsibilities also included the training of personnel in loss prevention awareness through the use of organized classroom training sessions, incentive awards, and other methods as I created them. Worked closely with local law enforcement agencies in the prosecution of those guilty of theft.
