OBJECTIVE: Secure a position as a Assistant Superintendent or Foreman in the Construction field. My qualifications have been attained and developed by hands-on experience in supervisory roles in Japan, Mexico and the United States. I am also open to moving into a different field within the construction industry, both national and international and willing to relocate.

Involved with design, scheduling contracts and estimates. Oversaw cash flow management based on budget guidelines, procurement and cost containment. Worked closely with architects, estimators, designers and approximately 190 workers. Implemented and enforced a timetable for completion of projects.

Overseeing subcontractor installations. Involved in scheduling, verifying of compliances with contracts and drawings/designs. Responsible for delivery of site-specific contractual obligations. Re-drawing and re-interpreting of plans thereby enhancing project design and construction quality. Identifying areas of cost reduction. Re-enforced state and city codes as well as regulations required by the local building department.
Assigned to be part of the spearheading team in order to create and implement an efficient floor plan for the reconfiguration of 152 units on a $37 million dollar project and 115 units in $22 million dollar project enhancing the overall indoor and outdoor living space for tenants.
