Managed a $75.6 million dollar PRASA waste water treatment improvement program that involved Cayey, Caguas, Juncos, Gurabo and Ceiba cities and municipalities. This positioned PRASA to meet new EPA standards. The PRASA program included new WWTP construction, capacity expansion, new distribution pipelines and plant renovation and improvements. This provided a WWTP capacity of approximately 75 MGD. Managed a $23.0 million dollar AFI water supply, distribution and storage project and WWTP for Caguas, San Lorenzo, Rio Grande and San Lorenzo respectively.
