Served as the subject matter expert for site level programs in hearing conservation, blood borne pathogens, thermal stress, biohazards, and medical surveillance. Senior Project Manager(2/03 - 11/03) Served as the radiological control project subject matter expert tasked with the deactivation and decommissioning of 52 buildings. Responsible for radiological characterization and control. Authored characterization reports for each facility identifying radiological, safety, industrial hygiene and environmental hazards. Evaluated and interpreted radiological data that substantiated Mounds compliance with regulatory requirements. Managed the Radcon compliance project. Communicated the results of 10 CFR audits in formal meetings and in written reports with all management levels. Determined technical accuracy of managements corrective actions for resolving identified compliance issues and verified those actions were achieved.
