Executive Design and Construction Manager for the design and construction of a major Caribbean resort. Resort development consists of 2,600 acres with build-out value of over $3B. Projects includes hotels, golf courses, marina and residential units as well as ground up construction of full municipal infrastructure. Currently managing active projects valued at $230M
Directed new build, major renovations and reconstruction projects for Fortune 500 hospitality firm. Served as Owners representative responsible for major high profile hospitality projects in London, Dublin, Paris, Rio de Janeiro and Hawaii with a total annual constructed value of over $100M per year.
Successfully lead multiple due diligence efforts for acquisition of major hotel chains. Organized and lead teams in multi-national due diligence surveys to assess the technical condition and required capex investment for over 200 hotels involved in major hotel chain acquisitions. Senior Director for Major Projects and Acquisitions (2003 2006)
Performed programmatic and project specific management of large complex international projects and acquisitions with substantial financial risk for Marriott International. Responsibilities included:
