personnel as well as being responsible for MEP coordination for all projects assigned to my team. My
specific duties as a Team Leader and Project Manager included team-building and motivating a team of 9
employees, making sure that they understood the tasks that they were assigned and the scope of work for
their projects including any design due dates and schedule constraints. I would do periodic reviews with
each employee covering any concerns they had with the workplace, my performance review of their work
and documenting career goals for each employee. I also was involved with billing/invoicing reviews,
maintaining project budgets and managing resource allocation for projects. I was involved with a variety
of projects simultaneously including school renovations and prototypes, library projects, hospital
