GENTLEMEN:
While with Kraft Construction it was my job to build High-rises vertically straight from ground zero to the very top of the building .
This extreme accuracy was a technology I developed (The High-rise Monopod)
while working for Sunshine Superflats .
With this technology I could oversee the accurate construction of building decks,
elevator shafts from floor to floor within a 1/16 . It also enabled me to layout per-
imeter and exterior walls to the accuracy that Custom Kitchen Cabinetry (cabinets
to fit a given space) were a think of the past ; now Factory Cabinets could be
ordered saving time and money .
I also enjoyed supervising the main crew in preparing pilings, and Piling Caps for the weight transfer of the main building.
Sunshine Superflats afforded me the luxury of developing my natural talent for concrete construction .
The General Manager and I worked closely on all projects, innovating ways to im-
prove productivity and cost efficiency.
We built High-rise decks in Collier, and Lee Counties , warehouses in Lee and
Collier Counties and other projects all over South West Florida .
During my tenture at Naples Concrete and Masonry as Project Manager/Estimator
It was my job to obtain a Tilt Wall project , as that company has aspirations of break-
Ing into that business.
We built the first Tilt Wall School in Collier County . I received that job with DeAngelis Diamond Construction , and at that time I was the only person with Tilt Wall experience .
That job had one hundred thirty RFIs on it , I knew the answers to all but one RFI,
and many RFIs were unanswered by the General Contractor .
We finished the job without any major errors, the General Contractor and School
Board were both pleased .

EXPERIENCE:
Kraft Construction Company, Naples, Florida. Builder of High-rise, Low-rise, and
Single Family homes. Title: Construction Engineer and Superintendent. Worked High-
rise project Dunes off Vanderbelt Drive, in North Naples. Supervised auger cast piling
placement and drilling, wet well operation, bulkhead and piling cap concrete pours.
Brought new technology through implementing new process for constructing High-rise
Buildings 1/16 from top to bottom (never seen before). Overseer of 14 men, including
Layout crew.
Sunshine Superflats, Fort Myers, Florida. Shell contractor of large commercial pro-
jects State wide. Title: Construction Engineer / Project Manager / Estimator. Built
High-rise Decks, the Mirage and Ritz Carlton in Naples, Florida. Gateway High-
Rises in Fort Myers, Florida; Warehouse Shells, and Box Store Shells. The Home
Depots were built for Amore (General Contractor) of Tampa , and were all Tilt Wall.
Projects were on time and budget .
Naples Concrete & Masonry, Naples, Florida . Commercial and Tilt Wall contractor .
Title: Project Manager and Construction Estimator. Bid and supervised construction of
first Tilt Wall School in Golden Gate , in Collier County . Engineered placement of
Welding Plates for concrete panel Tilt Walls. Secured out of town Crane Contractor,
arranged placement (pouring) of panels by ratio of weight to crane. Completed
Projects on time and on on budget . Also bid and negotiated multi-million dollar resi-
dential projects .

Prenell Assoc. Louisville, Ky. , Norfork, Virginia. Large Engineering firm (over 750
employees) Large Government contracts, Water Management and Planning, huge
(3000 to 4000 lot) subdivision designs and layouts. Interstate Highway and Inter-
State Interchanges (on-off ramps, bridges) Title: Chief of Parties. Duties included
coordinating 6 surveying parties on construction projects in Richmond and Norfork,
Virginia. Contracts totaled millions . Responsible for bidding and proposals .
Department head of Surveying and Construction division .
Holloway Construction Co. , Wixom, Michigan. (5th largest dirt mover in Country)
Preformed as project Engineer on Interstate 24 project , in Western Kentucky . Or-
ganized daily work patterns for 6 Surveying Crews . Slope staking, centerline
alignment and grades, on and off ramps and bridges, Barrow pits. Overseer of
grade forman and grade checkers. Projects were on time and on budget.
