Kevin worked for Progressive Construction, Inc. from 7/10/07 though 7/22/08. During that time he performed the many duties of an On-Site Supervisor.

He completed 150,000 square feet of commercial space for the Investment Banking Group of a major American bank. He also built out a high end fitness center at a 5 star mid-town Hotel. He over saw the renovation of 36 floors of public corridor space in the residential tower of a major Columbus Circle address and three floors of guest rooms and public corridors of another mid town hotel.

Kevin was conscientious of his duties, on time each day and had no attendance issues. He was available to perform the necessary evening and weekend hours often required by the Building Rules and Regulations and schedules of the projects. Kevin is knowledgeable of the tasks, processes, sequencing and coordination of the numerous subcontractors and client vendors involved in a variety of projects.
