projects from lot clearing and excavation to finished product. Homes & Additions ( price
range $ 1,000,000 - $5,000,000) . Projects in the metro west towns of Sudbury, Concord,
Wellesley & Westwood. Included in the scope of these projects are custom kitchen
cabinets, extensive exterior & interior millwork layouts, smart home electrical systems,
custom designed home theaters and elaborate landscaping.
With the Eligius Homes Co my duties included customer relations, scheduling
subcontractors, inspections, handling town personnel, utility companies, vendor relations,
estimating labor and materials, hiring personnel ,obtaining bid packages, problem solving
in the field, managing a carpentry and labor crew, insuring customer satisfaction and

ABU Construction, Northborough MA
Project Manager- Oversee all phase of construction on multi unit high end condominium
project. ( price range 600,000- 750,000 ) With ABU Construction my duties included
scheduling subcontractors, inspections, handling town personnel, utility companies, vendor
relations, estimating labor and materials, hiring personnel ,obtaining bid packages, problem
solving in the field, assisting to form the overall budget. My responsibilities included
recruiting vendors and subcontractors for the project.

Hands on Experience
My hands on experience covers a wide range of skills. Framing, roofing, exterior finish
work, all types of siding vinyl, shakes, clapboards decks, drywall, interior finish work,
interior stair work, built-ins, tile, painting ,site work and formwork.
I have been and still am a licensed CSL in Ma for thirteen years. I am able to handle
multiple projects. Throughout my work history I have strived to make the companies that
I have worked for prosperous, successful and respected. I take great pride in what I do
