I-495 HOT Lanes, Fairfax County, VA., Utility Engineer for this 12 miles of widening of the Capital Beltway between the Springfield Interchange and the Dulles Collector Road. Services included right-of-way acquisitions, relocation assistance and utility coordination and design.
Rolling Road, Fairfax County, VA. Project Engineer for a 1.4 mile project. Project includes the urban design and roadway improvements including roadway design, right-of-way, SWM, hydraulics, maintenance of traffic plans and construction plans. Included was conversion of design from metric to imperial units and Igrds to GeoPak.
VA 114 Over New River, Montgomery and Pulaski Counties, VA. Project Engineer for a the design of 3,000 feet of roadway improvements including roadway design, right-of-way, two bridges, hydraulics, maintenance of traffic plans and construction plans.

Watershed Study, Colonial National Historic Park, National Park Service, Williamsburg, VA. Project Engineer responsible for computations of a comprehensive watershed study which identifies existing flooding conditions and outlines various cost-effective solutions, such as drainage improvements to the Colonial Historic Parkway culverts and ditches, offsite stormwater management retrofits, or a combination of the two.
I-40 Widening, Pulaski County, AR. Project Engineer for preliminary and final hydraulic design for the widening of 6.5 miles of divided interstate highway and interchanges.
VA 58, Danville Bypass, Pittsylvania County, VA. Project Engineer on design team for preliminary and final design for 7.6 miles of divided highway on new alignment. Part of team responsible for final roadway design, hydraulic design, maintenance of traffic, signing, right-of-way plans, construction plans and estimates. The design includes three interchanges, truck weight stations, a major river crossing and 14 bridges.
Huguenot Memorial Bridge, Richmond, VA. Project Engineer and Hydraulic Engineer for the conceptual study, preliminary engineering and final design for the replacement of the bridge over the James River and the redesign of the Riverside Drive Interchange.
US 29 Widening, Fairfax County, VA. Project Engineer for preliminary and final design for the widening of 1.5 miles of divided highway. Included the conceptual design of an urban interchange with Gallows Road.
VA 16 Reconstruction, Smyth and Grayson Counties, VA. Project Engineer for preliminary and final design of a 12.5km section of VA 16 which includes roadway widening, and reconstruction of VA 16. Project included mapping, survey, roadway, bridge, structures, traffic, signing, hydraulics, SWM and public involvement.

Project Engineer responsible for highway design, geometry, profiles, cross-sections, drainage and hydraulic design, stormwater management, right-of-way plans, site grading and site inspections. This project consists of 9 miles of urban roadway widening design of VA 611 from two to four lanes.
Southern Collector Road, Town of Purcellville, Virginia. Hydraulic Engineer for this project which includes alternative alignments, preliminary design, environmental document, and final design for extension of the Collector Road to Business Route 7.
Afghanistan Reconstruction Group Base Facility, Kabul, Afghanistan. Project Engineer responsible for drainage design and stormwater management system layout in coordination with other site utilities. Client: US State Department
