1998 2008 - Machine tender/Team leader
Computer operations for paper machine #18, make and control
quality of paper, monitor water/sewage flows to treatment
plant. As team leader, kept training records for my crew and
filled in as supervisor when needed.
Wrote the operations manual for paper machine water systems
after major rebuild according to ISO standards.
Attended and led OSHA mandated monthly safety meetings.
Held many different job titles during the first 25 years of my
company service. Job functions included: making and mixing
batch chemicals, operating a forklift, quality testing and
recording of data, operating a 10 ton overhead rail crane, minor
maintenance repair work, also numerous skills necessary to the
operation of a paper mill.
