Retained to lead (and ultimately fix) an understaffed, behind schedule purchasing team by resolving problems and re-distributing responsibilities while maintaining LEED criteria through skillful global sourcing and tenacious expediting reaching an impossible grand opening deadline for the 5-star Mandarin Oriental portion of the largest private project in USA history at $8.5 billion.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER. Fontainebleau Resorts, 9/08-5/09. Achieved savings of $800K to $1.1 million per F&B venue by intensive value engineering of interior infrastructure/fit-out, architecture / interior design/ construction management of A/E consultants, A-list designers, fabricators and contractors for a $3.1 billion mixed-use gaming/resort new construction project.

DESIGN MANAGER. Station Casinos, 6/07-4/08. Leadership role successfully managing budget, schedule and design intent through design phases, construction and installation on multiple remodel projects. Also, improved Corporate operations and project management team efficiency through concise technical writing of policies, procedures and venue-by-venue design standards.
