Planned and executed the relocation of 4,500 associates from various NYC properties to the
Bank of America Tower at One Bryant Park, NY from June 2007 to October 2008. All of the moves

Successfully completed the project from incept drawings to completion in 22 months with all milestone schedule dates and budgets met.

Global Real Estate Facilities Operations Manager 2002-2005
Lead a team of 38 staff around the world to support all of Bloombergs Americas and EMEA operations and project delivery.
Managed and delivered 24/7 all operational and project management requirements for a 2,400,000 square foot international property portfolio consisting of 110 bureau offices, data centres and node sites.

Design Manager 1996-1998
FOX Studios: An international joint venture retail /entertainment development between News Corporation and Lend Lease. The $250 Million project is part of the worlds 2nd largest film production facility and is comprised of 26 buildings located in the former Sydney Royal Agricultural Showgrounds.
Leader of a 15 member international team which involved the conversion of the project, management of design fees, budgets, schedule and resources.
Execution included brief /cost plan co-ordination, management of client /consultant design
requirements and the electronic document management for all of the international project teams.
