Selected and directed engineering consultants in the development and implementation of Emergency Response Plan, Spill Prevention Control & Countermeasure Plan, Title V Air Permit and NPDES Wastewater Discharge Permit all resulting in enhanced environmental protection and reduced exposure for the facility.
