Underground utility arena in the City of Palm Coast, Florida (Flagler County). Performed Subcontract work from S. E. Cline, while working with city officials and inspectors. This company experienced good profits while maintaining a four man crew working four ten hour days. In the case of a small company this created above average employee moral also reduced the need for sick days while experiencing an increase in production. A short work week with more hours in each day reduced the need four overtime and reduced travel time.

Volusia Underground and Excavation. - Manager
Recording as builds and inspecting crew production. This was middle management work with surveyors and handling the technical paperwork that is included in the construction of underground water and sewer. At this time Volusia Construction employed twelve full crews consisting five men per and was a major player in the underground development of Volusia county Florida.

Underground Telecommunications Company
Oversee all aspects of corporate business including job costs and estimating. This included running the day to day performance of all personnel management, trade issues and human resources, while being responsible for cost production and profits. While Vice President of Selzee Southern Inc ., I increased profits by .03 by designing and implementing safety programs and return to work programs with light duty job assignments for injured employees. To increase production, I designed a policy of direct deposit to insure a full work week of man-hours was maximized for job task and not waiting for paycheck to be produced. To increase cash flow, I instituted a direct billing on-line system to receive accounts receivable in a timely manner. I built and developed this Construction Company from five employees to over two hundred and have a full understanding of growth issues from ten years of doing business with customers such as AT&T and Bell South.
