Designed, budgeted, planned, organized and put into full operation a highly specialized large commercial, industrial and residential project in Puerto Rico. I served as senior project manager and COO. I directed all infrastructure development, developed and implemented all budgets with appropriate CPMs and banking procedures, pre-construction to completion. I performed all liaison work needed in working with the Puerto Rican government as well as local and federal government agencies.
Selected and directed all field engineers, performed up to the minute cost and budget analysis, set up all daily schedules and monitored same. I established the field project management and production teams. I Supervised 100+ salaried field personnel, plus all independent contractors. Project valued at $15 million USD. I utilized my Spanish language skills.
