CONSULTANT. Provided industry and communities with a broad spectrum of municipal solid waste reduction, to meet State regulations and requirements. Participated in the completion, startup and acceptance testing of an 1,800 ton per day resource recovery facility (SEMASS). Worked on warranty issues and Plant Expansion. Early completion bonus paid to Bechtel Corp.

ENERGY TECHNOLOGY ASSOCIATES
PRESIDENT. Responsible for the development and implementation of the Business Plan. Projects included an 1,800 ton per day waste-to-energy plant for San Bernardino County. This included managing engineering, legal, regulatory and community relations. Established Strategic Alliance. Joint Venture Partner was General Electric.

NUTECH ENGINEERS
MANAGER, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. Generated new Utility Clients (Nuclear). Established diversification business opportunities (Oil & Gas). Investigated potential companies for possible merger, acquisition and strategic partnerships. Put together a Strategic Alliance with Dillingham Corp, Nutech and Omega Marine for a project at Prudo Bay, Alaska, for drilling and production modules. Sold a long term study on Crack Propagation for deep water (3000-5000 ft deep) tension leg platforms.

GENERAL ELECTRIC CO.
PRINCIPAL ENGINEER. Progressive responsibilities from engineering to marketing support, licensing, proposal engineering, project engineering and program management on multidiscipline projects. Responsible for the structural design of the Category I Structures, containment, equipment, piping and instrumentation. Project Engineer on the Cooper Nuclear Station. Sold and managed (Program Manager) the Japan Atomic Power Company Next Generation Study. Active on Standards Committees and Conferences.

PACIFIC GAS & ELECTRIC
CIVIL ENGINEER. Design Engineer on several Hydro and Geothermal Projects. Developed the Dam Stability analysis for PG&E dams.
