This project included demolition of the existing wharf, dredging, and reconstruction of the wharf area, including a 400 foot extention. Led the rebuild of a 4600 lift crane, and a 4600 dragline. Oversaw project safety, coordinated work crews, ensured project deadlines, equipment scheduling and maintenance.
