Interface collaboratively with and provide direction to five of the twenty-three campuses in the State of California to analyze campus project proposals in accordance with multiple project schedules, space entitlements, ADA upgrades, building code compliance, EIR and CEQA requirements. Provide project oversight of all minor and major capital outlay projects from program conception through budgeting, schematics, preliminary planning, working drawings, bid processes, award and construction. Communicate directly with senior management, planning and consultant personnel at each campus to provide guidance in effective and concise verbal and written formats. Key Accomplishments
* Successfully secured additional funding from the Department of Finance for capital renewal projects that bid over budget from the allocation originally funded.
* Worked with six campuses to perfect Major Master Plan revisions for Board of Trustees approval, including EIR studies and CEQA compliance
* Managed and developed a state of the art collaborative classroom at CSU Fullerton in the newly constructed Mihaylo Business and Economics Building.
