Provide project oversight of all minor and major capital outlay projects from program conception through budgeting, schematics, preliminary planning, working drawings, bid processes, award and construction. SHLEMMER+KAMUS 1/99 to 4/00 Project Manager Manager of tenant development and capital improvement projects for major Southern California developers encompassing properties in Los Angeles County north of Long Beach including West Los Angeles, Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, Encino, Sherman Oaks and Woodland Hills. Provided programming, space planning and construction documentation services while procuring governing agency approvals. Generated project budget and directly supervised CAD and design personnel.
