Renzi Development, Miami, Florida; from 1996 to 2006 GPA completed several projects including two high rises. Scope of work included concrete structures, interior finishes, various tenant improvements, roofing of new projects and re-roofing of existing buildings.

Landrys Development, Houston, Texas; from 1993 to 2005 Landrys contracted with GPA for new construction or a complete remodel of over seventy restaurants nation wide. Concepts included Joes Crab Shack, Landrys Seafood House, Willie Gs, Charlie Crabs and Rainforest Caf to name a few. Most projects were bid, some were Cost Plus but a typical contract ranged from $1,000,000.00 to $2,500,000.00 and took three to six months to complete

TJX Corporation, Framingham, Massachusetts; from 1994 to 2000 GPA remodeled over fifty retail stores nation wide. Concepts included TJ Maxx, Marshals and Home Goods to name a few. The average contract was $350,000.00 and took approximately two months to complete.

The Roofing Division of GPA specialized in commercial re-roofing and averaged $5,000,000.00 in annual sales revenue, however, revenues were significantly greater following incidents of Hurricanes or severe weather in Florida.

Las Brisas I, II and III (approximately $6,000,000.00 each); new concrete construction, four story, 18 unit luxury residential condominiums located in Miami and Miami Beach, Florida.

Cedar Creek, Phase II; new construction of 312 single family residences located near Homestead, Florida.

Trade Winds Studios was a $28,000,000.00 Hollywood style film production facility; 208,000 square foot building located on 26 acres in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project was designed to house world class sound stages, executive offices suites and rental space for various ancillary businesses such as post production facilities, props, grip services, lighting and equipment rental.
